Walking, running, jogging or even skipping is great for circulation. This type of exercise raises your heart rate and helps boost circulation. Additionally, it also warms up your body for other kinds of exercise. Aerobics are a great option for beginners, starting out with a brisk walk or swim and building up towards jogging.

Stretching

Strength Training
